The Rose Ensemble relies on volunteers like you to help put on concerts and complete office tasks. We need volunteers on an ongoing basis for performances and special projects.

Concert Volunteers
The Rose Ensemble offers volunteer opportunities for local and statewide concerts during our performance season. Volunteers at each concert may attend for free. Individuals must be able to assist audience members in a helpful manner, follow directions, and be available before and after concerts. While no previous experience is necessary, some positions require skills in computers and handling cash and credit card purchases. Opportunities are available on a first come basis and include:
- Ushers
- Ticket sales and Will Call
- CD sales
- Set up/Break down
- Receptions and Refreshments
Time commitment: 3-3˝ hours (arrive approximately 1.5
hours before concert time/stay 10-15 minutes afterwards)
Locations: Twin Cities metro area locations; Duluth-Superior
area locations.
Office Volunteers
The Rose Ensemble office in downtown St. Paul often needs volunteers for simple office work. Individuals should possess good skills in organization and following directions, and some tasks involve answering phones and using a PC. Scheduling can be flexible and is typically during business hours Monday through Friday. Duties include:
- Prepare mailings
- Data entry
- Internet research
- Answer phones
- Ticket sales
- Special projects
Time commitment: 1-2 hours per visit
Location: 314 Landmark Center, 75 W. 5th Street in downtown
St. Paul (transportation and parking arrangements must be made by volunteers)
